6. Retention
- Successful candidates: Data becomes part of your employee file.
- Unsuccessful candidates: Data is retained for up to 4 weeks after the vacancy is filled, unless you consent to longer retention.
- Future opportunities: If you consent, we may retain your data for up to 12 months to consider you for other roles.
After the retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Sharing of Data
We may share your personal data with:
- internal hiring managers and interviewers;
- HR personnel;
- external recruitment agencies (where applicable);
- reference contacts you have nominated.
We do not sell your personal data.
